After arrival at O'Hare, claim your luggage and call the toll free number provided above so that the pre-arranged car and driver can come from the limousine waiting area to get you within approximately 10 minutes. Telephones are available in the baggage claim area. The limousine service monitors all flights so there is no need to contact them in case your flight is delayed - even for international flights. Allow 1 hour and fifteen minutes for the trip. Suggestion: Keep this sheet of information with your airplane ticket.

If you don't wish to use a taxi/limo service, transportation via charter bus for $35.00 ($50 after September 1st) per person will be provided through the Center for Burma Studies. The bus will leave on Sunday, October 9th at 1:00pm from the Holmes Student Center at NIU. You are encouraged to purchase a bus ticket in advance to secure availability.

If you already registered online and didn't buy a bus ticket, don't worry! You can purchase this ticket alone even after you've registered online. Simply go back to the registration page and only select the charter bus option, then pay the amount and you'll be confirmed!

(Tickets must be purchased online before September 1st to secure a seat. Tickets may be sold on the day of departure based on availability at the higher rate of $50)

This fee covers a one way ticket from NIU to O'hare International Airport on October 9, 2016 at 1:00pm
