Terms and Conditions

Welcome to All Bay Limousine Service Company. The Terms and Conditions Agreement (“Agreement”) lists the conditions between you (“customer”) and All Bay Limousine. You are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which you are advised to discontinue using the service in accordance with our privacy policy if you do not agree to these Terms of Service Please take a moment to review our standard policies before making your transportation arrangements with All Bay Limousine Transportation.

WAITING TIME

Airport Departure and Point to Point Transfers

Wait time charges are incurred after 15 minutes of the scheduled pick-up time; we do not charge the first 15 minutes wait time period fee. You will be billed 30-minute intervals on the hourly rate for the reservation of a specific car. Wait Time Charges are usually associated with Reservation of Scheduled Pickup Ride and are incurred from the originally scheduled end time.

Airport Arrivals

We always keep track of all our client flight’s status and their arrival time, whether it is a domestic or an international flight. Your flight arrangements & plans are important to you and we think of it as our top priority when we schedule your airport pick-up and drop-off. If you use our Site or our Contact Centre to pre-book your limousine reservation, it would be available for you at the arrival gate of the airport of San Francisco & San Jose

. The private flight’s schedule is not monitored & tracked in All Bay Limo Service, therefore wait time charge’s in such cases are applied accordingly to the time described on the run sheet

General Provisions

Such Service Terms within the State of California are accepted by you and All Bay Limousine Service for all Terms and actions.

The meaning and purpose of these terms and conditions of our service shall be interpreted and regulated by the California law without consideration to the rules of their conflict of law. Any disputes occurring under or in connection with these Service Terms (including, without confinement, their legitimacy, interpretation, performance or infringement) will be settled only inside the federal or state courts of San Mateo County, California. You expressly agree to the jurisdiction of such courts over you. You explicitly defer any case of gathering non-convenient. You consent to pay off any All Bay Limousine Service for its legal & lawful legit expenses and fees of founding (or defending) a claim or lawsuit by (or against) you.

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS

Please be advised: All Bay Limousine is not responsible for

The items that may have been left in affiliated vehicles.

Jewelry, Cash and any Electronics

Any Type of Carry-on objects that may be harmed during transit.

Misfortune, Damage or loss to luggage estimated at over $250, including any stuff.

In all of that, we make every effort to locate and return your assets that have been left in our vehicles with the assistance of our skilled chauffeurs. Our drivers make sure they check the car for forgotten items after each ride. On the off chance, if they discover something, All Bay Limousine wish to retrieve it. We have a particular Lost-and-found policy. We retain found objects for 30 days.

PRICING POLICY

All deposits (The charters at the time of booking reservation) are non-refundable. All advertising tours & Fares are subject to change without notification and could be higher on special occasions as well as holidays.

CREDIT CARD POLICY

When paying by Credit Card, you need to provide the MasterCard or Credit Card number earlier for pre-authorization. This process will not exclude any charges for the fare of the trip upon reserving with a credit or debit card. There is a temporary hold of 125% of the quoted fare on the credit card. This preliminary hold equivalent should be no more than 25 percent of the total amount to secure the estimated total due to tolls, gratuity, additional stops, and waiting time. This temporary hold is released generally in 1-5 business days before the trip when the payment transaction is completed & processed.

At pick-up time, the actual credit card must be presented to the driver. The driver can require additional verification to ensure the card’s legality. All identities and information must comply before being approved as payment for the card.

All major credit cards are accepted including MasterCard®, Visa®, American Express® as well as Discover®.

VIRTUAL CREDIT CARDS

All Bay Limousine Service does not accept online-only, virtual credit cards, or any other form of security product “single-use” card number or any one-time credit card number that companies provide for online access. We do not take responsibility for the use of online-only, virtual credit cards, or any other form of “single-use.”

All Bay Limousine Service shall have no responsibility to follow certain card payments transactions.

EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

This Agreement is a valid contract for the hire of limousine service by All Bay Limousine Service which directly applies to the performance of the limousine customer throughout course of time. All Bay Limousine Service is not responsible for missed flights, cancelled schedules or damages sustained under any circumstances which are beyond our control. Any damage in excess of usual use and wear of the hired car, there will be a minimum charge of $500 for the repair and/or general cleaning of the car. If the ride is terminated any moment during the trip, none of the money will be refunded under any conditions. All Bay Limousine Service will not be liable for delays caused by heavy traffic, accidents or any unforeseen events.

Smoking or consumption of Alcohol is highly restricted in compliance with CPUC Regulation Section 5384.1&.3. And can result in additional charges (if passengers are under the age of 21) however, our chauffeur can also terminate the trip in such cases.

EXTRA STOPS

Any Extra stops which you do NOT specifically mention when you fill out our online reservation form are surcharged with least $15.00 per stip. The distance determines these stop charges deviated from the route between the fist pick-up and destination.

TOLLS

Toll charges are dependent upon the locations given for pick-up and drop-off. Our driver will notify you of the toll costed bills for any of the toll charges incurred once after your ride is completed. Please Note that tolls surcharges are incurred separately from ride fare cost.

AIRPORT PARKING CHARGES

Parking charges are usually incurred on pickups from airports. Airport parking charges will be added to the cost by booking an airport reservation for an SUV, 13 Van travelers, or stretch limousine. Parking charges will be applied to the client at the actual price plus other expenses listed in your ride quote, and our driver will inform you of these charges after the completion of your ride.

Special Events

Our professional chauffeur will pick you up at your front door and take you to your event on time with Stress-free ride, our transportation services team includes professional transport chauffeur, a large fleet of luxury cars and qualified trained chauffeurs to meet all your ground transportation needs with luxurious vehicles (sedans, passenger vans, executive vans, and mini-buses) the reservations will be minimum for 5 hours charter.

Rate Estimate

The quoted rate before the trip is an estimation based on the details you provided at the time of booking a reservation. This estimated cost does not include any tolls, gratuity, waiting time, and extra stops, which may increase your fare charges.

SMOKING POLICY

We keep our Limos neat and clean, we enforce the no-smoking policy in each of our fleets throughout all stages, as the comfort, safety and health of our passengers. When any customer wants to smoke, however, our chauffeurs can find a discreet place and park the vehicle so you can enjoy smoking outside the car.

PET POLICY

Due to our licensing laws and other passenger’s concern in the future, we are not allowed to transport pets in All Bay Limos and do not want to risk the damage that pets cause inside our vehicles.

We recommend that you contact us in advance in a case when you’re traveling with a pet so that we can accommodate you accordingly. Please note that if you do not notify us that you are traveling with a pet, the driver reserves the right to refuse to transport the pet that may cause any inconvenience.

Personal Music Policy

To improve your experience with us, you can bring your tunes to enjoy a luxurious ride. All Bay limousines, limo party buses, and SUVs are equipped with sound and CD player system. Some of our limousines do have facilities for iPod connection and Bluetooth Connectivity. Please ask our staff about your unique requirements for the luxurious experience.

Urgent Pick Up

You are not sure whether you can reach your designated spot in time, whenever you’re dependent on some random cab service. Also, not certain that the ride will be comfortable, maintained, and reliable, either. Our Limousine service is capable of satisfying your needs in any way. The booking needs to be made before 3 hours of pick-up for the Urgent Spot Pick-ups. However, the additional $15 fees will be added to your ride fare charges.

PRIVACY POLICY

When you visit our website, no information about yourself is collected. We would need some details (name, address, telephone number, credit card information, etc.) if you would like to make a reservation, pay with MasterCard or Credit card, create an account, or just build a profile. The details you provide will be held in complete secrecy and protection and will not be available to anyone.

SERVICE CONDITIONS

All Bay Limousine or any third party service provider or other related entity be held responsible for any accident, loss, allegation, damage or any unique, exceptional, punitive, indirect, incidental or consequential loss of any kind, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise, in any way connected with any failure or delay, use or incapacity & performance

In All Bay Limousine Service, the vehicles are strictly non-smoking. Any passenger who has been found smoking in the car is asked to extinguish the cigar, and for every accident, the customer is subject to a $100 bill for any kind of damages caused. Unless the Client or passenger causes any physical harm to the Limo Vehicles, the total additional charge of maintenance and /or cleaning of the limousine shall be $300. 00 charged for any damages.

All Bay Limousine Service reserves the right to replace one vehicle with another, whether it is a vehicle of the same or greater size.

CHAUFFEUR TIP

Chauffeur tip is always completely at your discretion and subject to your satisfaction with the chauffeur’s service.

Unforeseen Circumstances

We will make every effort to arrive at your place of selection and destination on time. However, unforeseen traffic can occur, and severe weather conditions or any other unexpected events may disrupt transportation. We cannot assume responsibility for circumstances beyond our control. The organization shall not be held accountable to the client in these scenarios. In the event of a vehicle breakdown or any other technical difficulties, we reserve the right to submit a Vehicle Replacement. We make every effort to arrange an alternative car and suggest an urgent pick-up ASAP. In the occurrence of any of these cases, no refund shall be available.

STANDARD DISPATCH PROCEDURE

A pick-up before 10.00 am Early Morning ride Is typically dispatched before 9-10 pm. The day going for all different trips are normally dispatched before 4 hours of the arrival and for the pick-up of the client.

CANCELATION CHARGES POLICY

AIRPORT SERVICE RESCHEDULING

The rescheduling of Airport transportation is available and without any extra surcharge, as long as the rescheduling of arrival and transportation is mentioned & requested before the dispatch of our chauffeur. (Kindly check the Standard Dispatch Procedure displayed above for more information).

AIRPORT SERVICE & POINT TO POINT TRANSFER CANCELLATION:

A waiting period of 15 minutes is being granted for all pick-ups and arrivals. However, the no-show fees are equal to the expense of the trip (including gratuity). If the passenger fails to appear at the designated spot or after our vehicle has been dispatched, the passenger cancels the reservation.

If you cannot locate your limousine (Contact All Bay Services Limousine at 1-650-323-7878 OR 1-888-711-7878), do not leave your designated location without contacting us to avoid billing no-show charges in such scenarios.

CHARTER SERVICE CANCELLATION

To avoid the Full charter Fare charges, A minimum 48-hour notice is required before for the cancellation of all charter arrangements. (Including all hourly charters and 72 hours for special event arrangement like, Weddings birthdays, and proms).

A 50% Non-refundable Deposit is taken on all charters at the time of reservation booking to avoid any future unforeseen circumstances.

Early Morning/Late Night POLICY

Either you’re flying late at night or want to catch your flight early in the morning; we’re here at your service. Early morning and late-night trips from 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM are charged with an extra amount of $15-$25.The additional charges depends on the time and the distance of your trip.

CHANGE POLICY

AIRPORT SERVICE & POINT TO POINT TRANSFER (Sedan & SUV only)

All Bay Limousine Service needs all changes & updates to be informed at least 4 hours before pick-up time via web, email or phone call. If in any case, the passenger tells us of any changes & adjustments made, it may not be accommodated after the four hours pick-up time. The resulting cancellation may result in a complete or conditional bill for the customer.

ALL LARGE VEHICLES & CHARTER SERVICE

All Bay Limousine Service requires all kinds of changes made must be informed at least 48 hours before pick-up time. In the case of special events (e.g. weddings, proms, birthdays, etc.)If the reservation is canceled, the passenger should inform our Customer Care Team through Web, email, or Phone before 72 hours pick-up time; otherwise, it would not be accommodated. The cancelation fee is 100% of the agreed amount for the booked service.

CREDIT CARD PROCESSING

A pre-authorization of your card is done 48 hours in advance of your pickup time. All your account transactions are managed by an inaccessible server in a safe, encrypted format to ensure full protection for All Bay Limousine Service and our clients, and to ensure that your data is secure confidential, private and protected.

We do not share or use your information with anyone except as described in the Privacy Policy section.

In the US, a car on the road suddenly burst into flames. Only half of the passengers managed to escape. All of them with burns and carbon monoxide poisoning were taken to the hospital

B USA five girls burned alive as a result of fire started in a limousine. The incident occurred on Sunday night on the San Mateo Bridge, located in the San Francisco Bay Area, in northern California. There were ten people in the car in total. Four passengers and the driver managed to survive, they were taken to the hospital, reportedly. Associates Press.

Police said the smoke initially originated in the rear of the car. After the driver stopped, the flames completely engulfed the car. The man driving and four other girls got out and tried to help those in the back seats, but the limousine doors were blocked.

Arriving doctors hospitalized those who managed to survive. They were diagnosed with carbon monoxide poisoning. One of the wounded received burns. All the dead and injured are girls under the age of 30, CNN clarifies.

The cause of the fire has not yet been determined. So far, it is only reliably known that the limousine did not get into an accident. The police are also busy trying to identify the people who were in the car. "At present, we have no idea where they came from or where they were going," one of the patrolmen said. He added that because of the state of emergency, one of the traffic lanes had to be closed for some time.
